Ingredients:
For the Tzatziki Sauce:
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 cucumber, grated and squeezed to remove excess moisture
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)

For the Chicken Salad:
2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup diced cucumber
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Squeeze of lemon juice (optional)
Pita bread or lettuce leaves, for serving
Directions:
Prepare the Tzatziki Sauce:
In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped fresh dill, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Refrigerate while preparing the chicken salad.
Prepare the Chicken Salad:
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken breast, finely chopped red onion, diced cucumber, diced tomatoes, and chopped fresh parsley. Mix well to combine.
Season the chicken salad with salt and black pepper to taste. Add a squeeze of lemon juice for extra freshness, if desired.
Add the prepared Tzatziki Sauce to the chicken salad mixture. Stir until everything is evenly coated with the sauce.
