1 tbsp Butter

1/2 Red bell papper

1 tsp salt , 1 tsp sugar

1/2 tsp Black pepper

1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes

1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar

2 tbsp Olive Oil

1 tbsp Chili sauce
