Ingredients:
1 pound fresh strawberries, sliced
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 package (3.4 ounces) instant cheesecake pudding mix
2 cups milk
1 package (3 ounces) ladyfingers or angel food cake, cubed
1/2 cup strawberry jam, melted
Directions:
In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
In a separate bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk until smooth; let stand for 2 minutes.
In a trifle bowl, layer half of the ladyfingers or cake cubes. Drizzle with half of the melted strawberry jam.
Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the cake. Layer with half of the strawberries.
Spread half of the pudding over the strawberries. Repeat layers.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
