For the Chicken Wings:
2 lbs chicken wings
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
For the Garlic Parmesan Sauce:
4 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation:
Prepare the Chicken Wings:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss chicken wings in a large bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Place wings on a parchment-lined baking sheet or wire rack.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
Make the Garlic Parmesan Sauce:
In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
Sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens.
Stir in Dijon mustard and lemon juice, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
Coat the Wings:
Once the wings are cooked, transfer to a large bowl and pour the garlic Parmesan sauce over them, tossing to coat.
Serve:
Transfer wings to a serving platter, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve with any remaining sauce on the side.
Enjoy these indulgent wings at your next gathering or as a delicious treat!
