Delicious Broccoli Cheese Patties
Ingredients:
2 cups fresh broccoli, finely chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 large eggs, beaten
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
Prepare the Broccoli:
Steam the broccoli until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Let cool slightly, then finely chop.
Mix the Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, beaten eggs, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
Form the Patties:
Shape the mixture into small patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
Cook the Patties:
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties in batches for about 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
Serve:
Serve the broccoli cheese patties warm, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired. Enjoy!
