Old School Pizza Burgers

 

Ingredients:

Ground beef

Onion, chopped

Pizza sauce

English muffins, split

Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions:

Cook Beef: Brown ground beef with chopped onion. Drain excess fat.

Add Sauce: Stir in pizza sauce and heat through.

Assemble: Spoon beef mixture onto split English muffins.

Top: Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.

Broil: Place under broiler until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Garnish: Sprinkle with Italian seasoning if desired.
