Blood sugar drops immediately


 

-Ingredients:

1 large fennel bulb, thinly sliced

1 bell pepper, sliced

1 zucchini, sliced

1 small onion, chopped

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp turmeric (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

-Instructions:

1.Prepare Vegetables:

Thinly slice the fennel bulb and set aside.

Slice the bell pepper, zucchini, and onion.

2.Sauté Vegetables:

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Sauté onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

3.Add Fennel and Other Vegetables:

Add sliced fennel, bell pepper, and zucchini to the pan.

Stir and sauté for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender yet slightly crunchy.

4.Season and Add Turmeric:

Season with salt, pepper, and turmeric (if using).

5.Add Apple Cider Vinegar:

Optionally, add apple cider vinegar for a blood sugar-balancing effect. Stir well.

6.Finish and Serve:

Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley.

Serve warm as a side dish or light meal.
